Ben has totally changed my mindset around nutrition. In the past I have tried various diets, these have all been a quick fix and not sustainable. Through the programme Ben explains the science behind nutrition. I will never diet again and I have a much better understanding and relationship with food.

I’ve worked with Ben for the last 7 weeks , alongside my workouts I’ve changed my nutrition habits and I’m realising the correct foods to eat which has helped my energy levels increase massively as I had a slump going through the menopause. This has been hugely beneficial in helping me gain freedom around food and improve my relationship with food. I now have a greater and deeper understanding of nutrition and the impact on my body and by implementing small gradual changes at a time I’m not feeling restricted anymore. This is a lifestyle change and a sustainable way of eating, I’ve ditched the diet mentality for good.

A different approach to healthy eating rather than 'dieting'. There are principles of good nutrition rather than restrictions, and flexibility to allow and plan for meals out, takeaways, holidays, etc. Medium to long term goals rather than crash course. I have been using this for 2-3 years and have managed to stay healthy whilst maintaining good fitness and energy levels. At times I have chosen to make small adjustments in calorie intake to lose weight without much difficulty.

This course is for anyone who struggles with yo-yo diets, skips meals, suffers from binge eating episodes, is sick of misleading information that is constantly changing and confusing, or generally feels like their health and happiness is suffering because of their relationship with food.

This is an e-learning course online which can be completed anywhere in the world. You will be given access to a private community which houses all of your course materials ranging from videos to downloadable documents.

I run set times throughout the year where all Ditch the Diet students start and finish at the same time. If one is currently running, when you click the register link, you will be informed of the next start date. Make sure to secure your space as early as possible as the numbers are capped each course to max 50 people at one time.

You only require an email address and internet access. I recommend you take notes and being able to print certain documents is beneficial but not essential, they can be downloaded and used electronically instead.

Oh yes, this nutrition education will support vegetarians and vegans. Please note: some info may not be suitable for people with diabetes type 1.

Not much at all, I have simplified this process for max efficiency. Course learning is just 1hr per week from the 168hrs we have each week.
